Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Transparency.

Account Creation: To use certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Aggregated Opinions, Not Facts: Transparency is designed to capture and display user-submitted opinions, daily responses, and community predictions. The statistics, trends, and aggregated results shown within the App reflect the collective views and submissions of participating users.

Perception vs. Fact: While we accurately process and aggregate the votes and responses cast by our active user base, these metrics represent subjective user opinions rather than objective facts, official research, or professional polling data. The App is intended for entertainment, community insight, and engagement purposes.

Transparency is built on the foundation of respectful civic and social engagement. When using the App, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or malicious data intended to intentionally skew community metrics or predictions.

Use the App to harass, bully, threaten, or harm any individual or group.

Upload harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers (including Supabase infrastructure), or disrupt the operation of the App.

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct guidelines, at our sole discretion.

Our Rights: All software, design, text, graphics, logos, and user interface elements within Transparency are the property of Transparency and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the responses, predictions, and demographic information you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant Transparency a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to aggregate, anonymize, display, and analyze your submissions within the App to provide community insights.

Your privacy is fundamental to how Transparency operates. Our collection, use, and protection of your information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as outlined therein, including the use of anonymized and aggregated data for public app insights.

The App relies on trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers (such as secure cloud hosting and analytics tools) to function. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any external websites or third-party platforms linked within the App.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we work hard to keep Transparency running smoothly and securely, we do not guarantee that the App will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transparency disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Transparency and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal obligations. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
